How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Holdingquestions Roofing should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Holdingquestions Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service.

First, take the issue to the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.

Next, still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network.

One limit applies. Holdingquestions Roofing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot issue refunds for a provider's work. We cannot make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@holdingquestions.blog. Include these items:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

What Happens Next

First, we acknowledge your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days.

Next, we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider.

Then, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to:

  • Your state's consumer protection office or attorney general
  • Your local Better Business Bureau
  • Your state's contractor licensing board, for issues with licensed providers
